Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement
A night in a spacious Superior King Room felt cozy. Night staff was accommodating, although we felt hurried for late drinks. The nearby shops added to the charm, but the dining experience lacked flavor balance, with small portions. I recommend an earlier dinner to maximize your experience!

We had a blast enjoying the warm croissants for breakfast every morning and the delightful dinner that made every plate empty, which speaks volumes about the delicious food! The relaxation options like the massage and foot massage were just the cherry on top. Just a heads-up, it was a bit of a hassle trying to add points to our reward scheme when we checked out, but it didn’t spoil our time at all! 😊

would stay there again
Very comfy room with a large corner bath and a power shower. Loved the quality toiletries and fresh towels. Breakfast had a good menu, with tasty options. The bar offered great ales, and the ambiance was nice. It’s a pet-friendly setup, and there were useful amenities for dogs a bonus!

Cozy stay with great breakfast
Had a comfy night in a nice room. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was a highlight—lots of tasty options! Only annoying thing was the parking. It’s small and could get tricky if you arrive later. decent spot for a short getaway.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Food
We spent one night here and were thrilled with our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the food we had for dinner as well as breakfast was simply amazing, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful presentation. The only downside was that the parking was a bit limited during peak hours.

Family friendly with a few caveats
The staff were friendly, and breakfast was great, however, the bathroom was pretty cramped and the shower door wouldn't shut properly, which was a hassle. Everything else was nice though, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy despite the small issues.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable overall.

The location was perfect for visiting family, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. despite enjoying clean, well-decorated rooms, service could be slow, and the shower lacked proper temperature control. a decent experience, but some aspects need attention.

missingWrote a review on 19 Jancozy atmosphereeasy transportnoisy room
The room offered a cozy atmosphere, nicely presented with thoughtful touches like refreshments and toiletries. Close access to public transport made getting around a breeze. The off-road parking was a real treat after a long day.
The room size felt pretty cramped, and noise from the busy junction outside kept me awake at night—definitely not ideal for light sleepers. There were no shelves in the bathroom for my toiletries, and a lack of proper facilities for making hot drinks in my cozy setup was a bit of a letdown. Breakfast seemed promising, but I found the service rather slow, and it was disappointing to be told that breakfast in the room, advertised as an option, wasn't available due to staffing issues. it could use some rethinking in terms of layout and amenities.
